Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Quantdesk Private Limited (“Quantdesk”, “we”, “us”) and governs your use of Quantdesk applications, including Kandle, Prep10, and future products (each an “App”). By installing or using an App you accept this EULA. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Do not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices, or use the App to build a competing product.
Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. Quantdesk and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual-property rights.
Updates
We may provide updates that modify or discontinue features. Updates may install automatically depending on your device settings. This EULA covers all updates unless an update comes with separate terms.
Third-party components and services
Apps may include third-party components and rely on third-party services (such as Google Firebase and AdMob). Those components and services are governed by their own licences and terms.
Ads and analytics
Some Apps are ad-supported and collect usage, crash, and advertising data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using and uninstall the App.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantdesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
