Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Quantdesk Private Limited (“Quantdesk”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of quantdesk.in and all Quantdesk applications and services, including Kandle, Prep10, and future products (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our services
The Services include our website and our mobile and web applications. Individual apps are additionally licensed under our End User License Agreement. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts
Some Services let you create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, and media, are owned by Quantdesk or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the Services for you.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services, probe or circumvent security, or access data not intended for you.
- Do not scrape, resell, or misuse the Services or their content without our written permission.
Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (for example Google services for analytics and advertising, and app stores for distribution and billing). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Paid features and store purchases
Where a product offers paid features, purchases are billed through the relevant app store (Google Play or the App Store) under that store’s payment and refund terms, unless stated otherwise in the product.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantdesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Quantdesk against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified in the relevant product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
