• Account data: name, email, avatar, organization, and authentication tokens when you create an account or sign in via a third-party provider.
• App activity: device identifiers, interaction logs, crash reports, and settings. Mobile builds may use Apple App Analytics and Google Play Services for diagnostic purposes.
• Content inputs: files, images, text, or prompts you upload to AI or form features. We only use these inputs to deliver the requested feature.
• Payment data: processed securely by Apple, Google, or Stripe. We do not store card numbers on Quantdesk servers.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide and personalize mobile, desktop, and web app functionality.
• Monitor performance, fix bugs, and maintain security.
• Send critical notifications such as security alerts, billing reminders, or product updates.
• Comply with contracts, legal obligations, and app store policies.

3. Sharing & Retention

We never sell personal data. We share limited information with infrastructure partners (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) strictly to operate the services. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@quantdesk.in.

4. Your Choices

• Access, update, or delete stored profile data by contacting support.
• Disable marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
• Control push notifications directly from your iOS or Android settings.
• Request export of your data in a portable format.

5. Security

All network traffic is encrypted via TLS 1.2+, credentials are hashed, and production access is limited to authorized Quantdesk engineers. We follow Apple and Google security guidelines and conduct periodic reviews of our infrastructure.
