Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Quantdesk grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on Apple App Store and Google Play devices or access our web services through a browser. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the software except where expressly permitted in writing.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.
• Use AI outputs responsibly—humans remain accountable for final actions.
• Respect fair usage limits listed inside each product.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via Apple, Google, or Stripe billing portals. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, copy, designs, and data models remain the exclusive property of Quantdesk Private Limited. Usage of logos or content requires prior written consent.

5. Warranty & Liability

Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Quantdesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for claims relating to a paid plan is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may terminate by deleting the app and canceling subscriptions. Sections relating to IP, warranty, liability, and governing law survive termination.
